Today i want to speak to you about the risk of do a repair when doesn`t have the enough experience to do it. This day a client come to us because he tried to change the battery of his phone by himself but in the process he has cut a cable inside the phone and now his phone doesn`t turn ON . 

When we try to open it , we notice that the phone was bend in many parts outside and inside the phone , also the screen cable has a hole , so for that reason there is not image in the phone.

Depend of the phone model there is a way to open it , in this case there are 2 bolts in the rear panel and unless you take away it the phone will not open.
