Qualification

iPhone

• After our non manufacture repair, Apple company may deny any results or future repsonsibilities.
• Discounts can only be applied at reception services. No discounts can be applied at final billing. Combining multiple discounts is also not applicable.
• If the life expectancy does not improve after changing the battery, only a free replacement will be conducted. No refunds will be provided.
• At time of repair, if the panel shows poor display or was exfoliated; additional fee will be charged.
• We are not responsible for any personal or original data changes or losses after repair.
• Customer is respsonsible for backing up all personal and original data prior to repairing.
• Warrantly is only available on the initial repair, therafter additional fees will apply.
• Screen colour may vary after replacement.
• After replacing the switch button, sensibility may vary.
• Fingerprint recognition via the Home screen button will not be retored after upgrading to IOS 9 for all Iphone 5S models.
• Replacement will be provided if parts replaced with our company fail to perform. However no free replacement or services will be offered to parts repaired/ replaced by other providers.
• Due to close proximity of the Sleep button, Front panel, Facetime microphone, Fingerprint recognition, and 3D Touch; functionality and performance may be limited.
• Our company reserves the right to carry out a frame reform if distortion of a frame was identified at time of repair.
• Unclaimed products after 3 months will be disposed by our company.
• Our company will not be repsonsible for the cause of owner mis-use or owner mis -care of the iPhone after jailbreaking.
• There are no guarantees of repair or services until a complete operational check is fulfilled.
• Additional fees will be charged if second replacement of screen panel is required. Ie: Floating on screen due to distortion of frame.
• Results after repair or replacement may vary depending on the condition of the product.
• Customers are to verify and check reparied/ returned product carefully at time of pick up. Once transaction completed, no refunds will be provided.
• Repairation and service time frame may vary case by case. Same day services are not guaranteed.

smart phone(Androids)

• After our non manufacture repair, your original manufacture may deny any results or future repsonsibilities.
• Despite the result after repair, a fixed fee of 3300 yen is to be charged.
• At the time of detection, a new motherboard will be replaced by our company and is non refundable.
• After replacing a new motherboard and Home screen button, the LED sensor light may not be fully functionable.
• After repair, all waterproofing, dust proofing and Wallet App performances are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for all relating defects due to hard surface shock or disturbance on motherboard during root-izing for Androids.

iPad3/iPod

• A fixed fee of 3,300 yen is to be charged after repair/ service. (despite the result of repair).
• Due to it's sensitive screen cable on all iPad3/iPad4, the liquid crystal may appear darker after repair.
• After changing to touch-panel glass, the protection case may no longer fit.
